“ne and my fiancee left with pink eye the dust behind the dresser was 4 inches deep. the bathroom fooor hadnt been mopped for a very long time and the police showed up a few times because during the night. no sleep no rest no relaxation no serenity. ”

“Check in went smoothly, they even asked if I had a preference of floor. Room was clean and super hot shower. Bed was good but pillows were a bit firm. As far as breakfast it was your average motel spread, but not terrible. Would stay here again if in the area.”

“I was very sad to see Cherokee go down so much since I was there as a kid. Although I’m grateful for the job that it brought to the area having the casino it has really made. Everything else looks so rundown. Shops were falling apart. people were very nice everywhere we went. I probably would not stay at this hotel again although the staff was so sweet.”

“In desperate need of repair. If you need a clean bed to sleep in, clean towels, and friendly check in staff then this is the place. The bonus is stained furniture, non working in room coffee maker, bathroom sink that backs up or a surprise granola bar under the couch beside an empty pop bottle, then this is your place!”

“We had high hopes, but were let down. We were in the middle of an 18 hour drive and stopped for the night to take a break. Our goal was hot showers and restful sleep. We booked a room and completed check-in online in advanced. We had three adults. The check-in window is extremely hard to hear through. The bathroom had one small bar of soap. The toilet paper roll was almost fully used. There was hair stuck to the wall opposite the sink. The beds were painfully hard. The floor was squishy in...

“Totally acceptable very affordable motel. Nothing fancy, but everything was clean & in working order. Property felt very safe, especially at night — VERY bright security lights! Convenient to downtown Franklin. Would absolutely stay there again. ”
