“I had a great experience with the employee working the front desk, so I gave 5 stars for that experience. “The room odor was horrible, so the front desk associate decided to show another room on the 3rd floor— no better. There were bugs on the floor and on the A/C unit. So I requested a refund, was told that the manager was out for the night and to call in the morning. I was given an initial refund for the room deposit the same night I left. But, was declined my refund the following day — so I’m disputing the charge with my bank. Horrible 30 mins experience. Get a real hotel. This one is dirty.”
