L’edificio è situato in una piccola traversa, fra altri palazzi ed è poco visibile, ma in compenso è una sorpresa una volta entrati. Si sviluppa in altezza come le tipiche abitazioni vietnamite. Non dispone di ascensore. È a conduzione familiare e il titolare è molto gentile e disponibile. La colazione è alla carta e alquanto essenziale. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è ottimo.”

“Great hotel! Room was spotless and staff were incredibly helpful including allowing early check in and bag storage on our departure day, as well as booking transfers for us. Staff spoke no/limited English but got by fine with google translate.”

“Hotel was fine for the price. Breakfast catered mainly for Chinese & Vietnamese tourists. Bathroom was flooded after every shower which took some time for the water to go. ”

“I booked a Studio King Lake View Room, and the room was much larger then I expected. Not much in the way of amenities but that's not an issue if you use it as a base to explore Ninh Binh. Just beware that if your are a light sleeper or like to turn in early that the noise from across the road along the walking street can get loud during the weekend evenings but it does get quiet after the stalls close up at 10 o'clock. “good pool but the gym and pool hours end too early at 7 pm or 8 pm. No pool towels even at noon. Breakfast staff for pho and egg station leaves the station an hour before breakfast ends. Pho soup is better than some street vendors. Room is a bit outdated with wall cracks but the room is still big with updated bathrooms. ”

“Ancora una volta le recensioni su Hotels non sono veritiere. Alberghetto moooolto easy, vecchio e che sarebbe da rifare da capo a piedi. Unica, poco, nota positiva è la cordialità dell'unica receptionist che parla inglese..... gli altri membri dello staff zero. Colazione assai scarna e... da attendere (ordini e attendi orologio alla mano minimo 45 minuti....) livello pulizia accettabile, per il resto meglio trovare alternative. ”

“Very clean in all areas. Staff was eager to help with whatever was needed. Manager was available to assist his team at all times. We even saw him working the breakfast buffet! Nice to see him helping his team. I’m sure they appreciate that. All in all a great place to stay and we loved the room! Very modern. ”
