“Upon arrival manager had no information on my confirmed Expedia booking. Had to show confirmation emails repeatedly and finally got a horrible room with no water & no electrify. Nearby hotels had electricity. No apologies either. Just a baffling attitude by the guy at the reception! I would not recommend this place. You’ll be better off in a tent/camp. ”

“The food was fantastic. Zagmo and the kitchen staff turned out excellent food. The India food was much better than any Indian Restaurant we know on Vancouver Island, and the kitchen staff was able to make excellent Western style breakfasts when we wanted them. All of the staff were great, from the front desk to the porters. Even if I were to stay in a less expensive hotel in Hunder, I would definitely come to this hotel just for the meals!”

The rooms are nothing short of spectacular. They are spacious, clean and very thoughtfully designed. The attention to detail is commendable.
