Took a minute to find the ice maker after staff directions an trouble with key card but the staff took care of it easily on the spot but everything was good with the stay an would stay again if we get back there

The hotel was certainly worth the money. It was clean and the room was large. The stream running through the back of the hotel was really relaxing. We saw two bears on the property. The shuttle is right there. We would stay here again.

"The staff has friendly and very helpful. Lots of activities on site, especially for younger kids. The resort is very family oriented. The room we stayed in was outdated and needs some updates. "We booked a Bunk Room pool view. The wall between the main bedroom and bunk room caused very little air flow. We had the AC cranking at 60° 24/7 and the kids were miserably hot the entire time.
