“Super helpful staff and a great location. Will be back!!”

“I booked a handicap accessible room with the rollin shower and the wheelchair did not even fit inside of the bathroom nor did we receive a roll-in shower like we reserved. My husband literally could not take a shower and had to hobble on one leg into the bathroom to even use the toilet what a joke of an accessible Hotel room. Also the supposed accessible room was on the opposite side of the hotel from the handicap accessible parking spots extremely inconvenient for accessibility.”

“This is now our staycation place! Free dinner(essentially- but especially if you have kids), free breakfast, free drinks, and a big hot tub and pool that actually WORK! We have gone to several other places, but the hot tub is on the fritz, or it’s overcrowded, or it’s not as clean and kept up as it should be. This hotel was CLEAN, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was good. Definitely going back!!”

“It was Memorial Day weekend prices were three times what they usually are I book a room for me my lady and her kid spend my last $30 to get to the Inn Town suites. I go to check in and findout they're overbooked and don't have a room for me. Which left me having to find a room where prices are three times as much as normal and I just wasted $50 on Ubers to get to and from as well as having to wait 2 weeks to get my money back on my card.”

“John at the front desk was very nice and helpful when I asked where a good place to eat was in the area. he gave me several options. It really helped. I like to to get the opinion of people who live where i stay. you get the best options that way.”

“Definitely an older property and it shows. I wouldn’t say it was dirty but it carried the weight of its years. The breakfast left a lot to be desired - a tub of brownie bites, cereal and waffles shouldn’t be considered breakfast. I would recommend higher protein options for those who are gluten free and don’t want to eat only sugar in the morning. “Holiday Inn express rarely has never disappointed me”

“Average hotel, the personnel is very friendly but the rooms are a bit noisy (a/c and highway). 10 minutes by car from downtown but without the car not much is available.”

“Very large and comfortable king size room with sofa and everything. Much appreciated the buffet breakfast included and the valet parking service. The location in the very city centre is a plus.”
