“We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Very historic vibes and the elevator was definitely interesting. We were bummed about not having accommodations for coffee in our room. i.e coffee, coffee mugs, creamer and sugar. We had to come down for coffee and a slightly limited breakfast menu. But overall, a pretty decent stay.”

“The room was very clean.The hotel was nice and clean as well. The front desk staff was nice when we got there. The front desk staff when we left talked to people like everyone was bugging her. The fridge was not working and even after reporting this is was not fixed. The TV was not working either it took 2 times telling staff it was not working for them to (fix) it. Channels kept going in and out. We finally just gave up on the TV.”

“Positives: - Large clean room with nice view. - Very clean and upgraded building and amenities. - Staff is VERY friendly and helpful. Need Improvement (but easy to fix): - Pool was a bit chilly. Please warm it up a bit. - No desk in room. Put in a small desk and office chair. - Pillows new and fluffy but not much substance. Get some good pillows. Overall: I would go there again.”

We also asked 3 times for a can opener as the one in the drawer was broken but never received it. There were 5 mis-matched glasses and 2 mis-matched wine glasses for the entire house which was extremely annoying. “The room was roomy & clean & the bed was satisfactory. There are vending machines in the lobby but they dont offer coffee, water, or any type of snack at all. No breakfast as advertised but my husband really enjoyed the gym. The girl that checked us in was rude & acted like we were ruining her day because we had questions about the cost but the other staff we dealt with were friendly & helpful. We would not chose this hotel again.”

“There had been a room fire before we arrived and the windows were all boarded up on one side of the motel. Ice machine was broken. There was coffee thermoses in the for morning complimentary coffee but the lobby doors were always locked. There was no mini fridge, coffee maker, or microwave in our room. “The lobby was very dated and the front desk agent they did have wasn’t very friendly at time . I stated there were multiple people in the room but he only gave me one key. The pool was out of order so thankfully we weren’t looking for that amenity. “The staff were friendly and helpful. However, there were no pans, dishes, or utensils to use in the kitchenette room. No coffe pot and the one they gave after asking had a short in it. The king bed was worn down and uncomfortable. Floors needed serious mopping. The hotel is rougher side of a town.”

“My room was quiet and AC worked well. I could sort of see the mountains but "Mountain View" is a bit of a misnomer given the way the hotel is oriented.
