Motel a Dobson

“My adult son and I were in the area for the NASCAR race at North Wilkesboro Speedway, about 30 miles away from the Surry Inn. The hotel was very accommodating to our late-night arrival. Our room was clean, quiet and perfect for our weekend stay. This is the 2nd year we have stayed at the Surry Inn and will definitely stay there again when we are in the area.”

“The room was dirty, I booked through Expedia and got a call the day before and was told I had to pay right then or the room would be given away. It smelled, the towels were dirty and it just was all around not comfortable. I usually give the benefit but I honestly wont stay here again. We stayed two years ago and it was decent, not sure what happened.”

“The front clerk was nice and helpful. He walked me to our room. The hallway carpet was dirty and needs replaced. The room had a new faux wood panel floor that felt like it was installed over carpet. The AC worked but is very outdated. Lastly, the outside door was free to open from the outside. Anybody could walk into the hallway from outside. There was no lock even though a sign was on the door stating to use you room key to access.”

“If you are looking for an inexpensive hotel that is safe, clean with kind staff, you will like it here.”

“I would like a refund, because we didn't stay here. We check in and immediately check out and asked for refund. I still haven't received the refund.”
