There were no pool towels stocked so I had to go out to the lobby to request them. The staff was very nice, the location was great. The breakfast was one of the best we have had in this style hotel. We would book again. ”

“Kudos to the front desk associate, Brandon. He is always smiling, very helpful, fun. He loved my pup and my pup loved him. One suggestion is since you have plates in the deluxe queen room, why not add cutlery? We had take out and had to sneak into the breakfast area to get forks and knives. Hard to cut meat with plastic knives! ”

Bagno moto sporco, buchi nei muri, tutte le sere non c'era acqua calda, lo scarico della doccia non funzionava, lo sciacquone del bagno non funzionava, no è stata sostituita la carta igienica esaurita, la seconda notte non avevamo più bagnoschium,a nè sapone e neanche il tappeto della doccia. Sconsigliato anche se il personale alla reception è stato gentilissimo.”
