“Under construction, they didn’t have the correct room for us even though we had reservations months ahead, there was no shower gel, the tvs do not respond to remote, the breakfast was way over priced for limited continental and you can hear everything!!! It was not the usual Hilton standard at all. ”

“The breakfast would have been great if I didn't get scolded by staff for mistakenly trying to get food at 558 am when it opened at 6 am. ”

“Personale svogliato. Solo al check-in con due operatori ho atteso 20 minuti perchè Lei doveva “sistemare delle carte” e lui non era disponibile. Alla colazione, 15 minuti di attesa per sedersi, entriamo e la sala era quasi vuota. Ho chiesto da bere, me ne sono andato a prendere in cucina. Ho chiesto del latte caldo per i bambini, sono andato a scaldarlo al microonde vicino alla reception. Tutto questo per la modica cifra di 17 $ a persona. Vergognosi. ”

“Room was pretty good. Not what I asked for through Expedia but that wasnt the hotels fault. Staff was nice and really made a great effort to make up for Expedia's mistake. I'd stay there again”

“None of our outlets worked. Room was average but beds were good. Breakfast was great. ”

“Pool and workout facilities could be improved, but the location was great and having free breakfast, coffee and parking was great.”

“Everything was wonderful to include breakfast. Getting to the hotel is difficult because you have to go through an outlet mall parking lot. There were no signs to the hotel and if I listened to Google, I would have went over a cliff. Plus it was dark outside, which made it more difficult to manage the parking lot. O e lar item Hotels need ti start putti g toilet brushes in the bathroom - enough said. ”
