“We just returned from a 2 day 1 night cruise on the Paradise Grand. It was perfect. We were tendered out to the boat and I wasn’t sure what to expect. We were met with a cool towel and drink and were well taken care of from the point on. Our cruise was through Lan Ha bay which is a bit quieter and I much preferred it. “The ship is definitely older but functional. Friendly staff and helpful. Bring water as they charge for it through the cruise (all beverages are for sale). They need to improve their timetable as all boats are trying to do the same activities at the same time leading to the sites being extremely crowded (the second morning the sites were empty!). Overall worth it but if I was to go again, I would do a longer cruise or a day cruise.”

We checked in and went upstairs to the restaurant at 9:35pm and were told we were too late and there was no food, there is no food around the property so that was a bit unfortunate. Avevo un numero di telefono e un numero di fax😂😂😂😂 ma esiste ancora chi usa il fax?! Fortunatamente mi ha aiutato la reception dell'Hotel precedente che ha chiamato 3 volte prima che confermassero la mia prenotazione. “Alisa cruise was a wonderful experience! The staff was kind snd very fun, while halong bay was a beautiful. The food on board was very good. I had a great help from Nancy to coordinate everything between booking and the car for pick up, and our guide Thuy was very nice and insightful. A must try experience.”
