“When we arrived at the hotel, they were nowhere to be found. There were dogs barking but no people. Icalled the number on Travelocity and was told it was not a working number. We had to flag down a neighbor to help us. A young man finally appeared and gave us keys. The place was beautiful but unkempt. The kitchen had two weeks of dishes piled up in the sink. The WFIFI wouldn't connect. I tried to call the numbers listed in the room and they did not work. I'm the morning when I was going to take...

“Restaurant shut at 6:30pm; The fried rice was like porridge; they turned the lights off when we were still in the restaurant area. The beds were really hard and coated in plastic so that you woke up hot and sweaty. The rooms were nice but the rest of the place is badly kept and in disrepair. The pool was unusable and full of green algae.”

“We had an amazing time. A wonderful reception and fantastic staff. Our AC functioned wonderfully and the room was clean and welcoming. We got new water everyday and new towels!! The homemade breakfast is delicious and I can’t say enough about how kind the staff were! If we came back to amphawa we would definitely stay here again. Also super easy to find and great energy!! ”

“Property is not nice. Right on canal at the market. No parking. Have to carry yiur things down the street. VERY noisy! Paper thin walls and old furnishings. Looked at room and left! ”
