After complaining to expedia they tried to resolve it by giving them free lunch which was the same thing they had for breakfast (spam and egg). The things to consider is that ceilings are very low so if you are 6 ft tall beware, Most of the times the lift is not available but being low ceilinged accommodation there are fewer steps to go..
