“Do not trust these guys. This property was advertised as available next day for a one night stay so I paid my booking fee in good faith. When I then requested the offline check in form by texting as instructed the host was rude and replied that:- 1. Reservations needed to be made earlier. 2. One night stays were not allowed 3. They had no availability for my booking 4. Their name was Augustine. 5. To ask Hotels.com for a refund. The host then ignored my requests for further assistance so...

“The location was good, there were no towels and personal items left out eg hosts flip flops in the shower. The host was helpful with check in but appeared reluctant with information regarding g using facilities on boat eg the oven The interior of the boat did not feel clean. Maybe we were just unlucky but I would not stay again and probably wouldn’t recommend. There is probably something better out there for this money ”

“This was fine for a room for the night, but the listing suggested this was self-contained which we were surprised to discover it was not on arrival. Please be aware you will have use of the downstairs of the house, plus kitchen and garden along with the rear back bedroom and bathroom on the first floor but the booking will operate as an Airbnb style let with the host in situ.
