“I have no complaints for the staff on duty when I checked in. The two rooms we were given initially were not good—one smelled like mold and the other one had a strong air freshener smell. I was traveling with 2 children who have asthma, so I requested two new rooms. The two new assigned rooms were better but had been smoked in. There was mold in the bathroom, window seals, and the air conditioner. There were rips in the fabric cushions and although the bed had no bugs, they were OLD and had many...

“front desk charged an additional $100 fee without notifying us for a pet fee, even though it was a service animal. Upon requesting a removal of the fee they said they needed management approval but did not return calls to apprise us - as they said they would do.”

“The room was comfortable and did what I needed it for, we checked in late, which was communicated to the front desk, keys were waiting, had a early event, didn't do the free breakfast, asked for a late checkout was told if we were a member of some club, they could accommodate, but I wasn't, even though we lost most of one day because we checked in late, but overall everything was good. The room was clean, the bathroom had a Crack in the sink and the bathtub, nothing major.”

“I checked in on 5/23. The trainee was very nice and welcoming. She was working through the check-in process smoothly with a question or two for the manager. The manager was short with her and unwelcoming to the guests — obviously hospitality is not her strength. This was the first Holiday Inn Express I felt so uncomfortable checking-in.”

“Absolutely filthy place. There was a horrible odor in the hallways likely due to the filthy stained carpet. We were on the second floor and all night long awoke to loud noises above us. Massive trucks blocked parking spaces and pot smoking everywhere!”
