“Our room on the main floor was classified as non-smoking. The room wreaked of cigarette smoke. The staff simply dismissed our complaints. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Night/morning clerk was very short and seemed annoyed with my friendliness in the morning.”

“The property is well located near the will village at cu boulder . The maintenance is so so and the overall structure is old. The cleaning is the aspect more important. The have carpet ( old one ) everywhere and need a deep cleaning. The air conditioner is noisy and when I reach my room (414 ) was unclean and full of dust!! My first hour in the room I spent to cleaning a spraying Lysol disinfectant. ”
