“The room and accommodations were comfortable and quiet and the pool area was very nice. The biggest bonus though was the immensely pleasant and friendly staff. After a long trip accross the country, they were so kind and helpful and got us into our room quickly and with much needed humor and kindness. It was also really quick, cheap and easy to lyft around to the various areas of Providence. Highly recommend.”

“Easy check-in. Clean, spacious room. Great place to stay if you're going to an event at the Veterans Auditorium, which is right next door, or anywhere else in Providence for that matter. And, you can have dinner or drinks at a very nice restaurant below before or after the show.”

“Prime location, right next to the State House, didn’t have a view of it but it must’ve been really nice. The lobby is inviting with great staff and an amazing scent. Room was very clean, the shower had great pressure, and bed was very very comfortable. There’s a mall on the next block and was in a very walkable area to the fountains. ”

“Every member of staff I encountered during my stay was beyond exceptional. From checking in, which went so smoothly and quickly (yet personably), to using the shuttle services, breakfast staff, all were top notch. My room was incredibly clean, very comfortable, and the shower was big and spacious (no one wants a tiny shower where you knock over your shampoo bottles everywhere). The pool was empty Saturday morning, and it was so relaxing. The outdoor courtyard has perfect amounts of shady spots...

“This hotel was good! It was such an easy check in and the front desk staff was super friendly and welcoming. They are currently renovating the hotel but even with that there’s no mess. The renovated rooms are extremely nice and very modern. The breakfast was small but still a good morning meal! The bed was comfortable and you could tell it was fairly new which was a huge bonus! Overall it was a great stay ”

“The staff were friendly and very helpful especially the manager Henry who accommodated our change of room. The beds were comfortable and the room spacious. The property was tastefully decorated and cozy. The 2 pools and spa were just what we needed after a long day of driving. The Cracker Barrel adjacent to the property was a welcome short walk for dinner. The hot breakfast provided was plentiful.”
