“this is NOT pet friendly hotel. The staff cannot solve the problem for customer. for example, the quarter exchange machine was broken for days. One customer needs to do laundry they have to leave the hotel look for a coin is strange store in order to get quarters to start their laundry. A proactive management team will get enough quarters on side in order to help out hotel customers.”

“The staff was very freindly and helpful. The room was clean. The hotel was easy to access and close to the activities that we were attending or wished to explore.”

“Cool vibe and architecture. Beautiful view from bedroom. Great location. However… Shower took forever to heat up. No bedside table on one side, so had to turn trash can upside down as makeshift side table. Plugged phone in overnight to charge, only to discover in the morning that the outlet didn’t work. Shower leaked a small lake onto bathroom floor. Rooftop bar with beautiful views, but forgettable (hopefully) cocktails.”

“Mi sono ritrovato una stanza tipo Motel dei film americani degli anni ‘60 e per di più’ a livello piscina e attaccati agli ombrelloni e sedia a sdraio. Quando ho chiesto di cambiare stanza mi hanno detto che io avevo prenotato una stanza “ vista piscina “. Ho fatto notare che vista piscina e’ diverso da una stanza a “ piano “ piscina. Per parlare con il manager ho atteso più’ di mezz’ora perché’ era….in bagno .. Inutile dire che non ho trovato alcuna volontà’ di risolvere la questione. Poi...

“I had horrible experience during check out!”

“A very nice stay! Staff was warm and friendly at check in, breakfast was awesome with plenty to choose from, hot and plentiful. The gym was very clean with lots of options also good sized. The room was spotless with comfy beds and the evening warm cookies in the lobby topped it all off. I would highly recommend staying here especially if you’re visiting Duke medical center.”

“This was the greatest stay from Simone at the front desk to Bill the manager and Noll (?) also at the front desk. The electrician who guided us to Netflix so we could watch a movie on our account was wonderful also. The room was immaculate and even included a bar of soap and moisturizer which seems to have disappeared these days giving way to secure bottles attached to the wall. The breakfast was surely better than most with spinach quiche, turkey sausage and turkey bacon. Lots of choices...
