“This hotel is always clean- breakfast is good. A little dated and little things like light bulbs burned out, bathroom products empty, and train noise can wake you up at night. Overall- I always enjoy my stay here and will definitely be going back when I visit my family in the area!”

“Make sure you understand this hotel will double charge your card because it pre-authorizes the entire hotel fee. I was unaware of this as I was never informed of this, especially when I booked through Expedia and clicked pay at property.”

“My stay was great. Only problem my wife booked my trip while I was traveling from Houston, I wasn’t sure what time I would make it in. My reservation was cancelled due to me arriving the next morning past check in. I didn’t receive a call confirming I was arriving early morning they just canceled and it was a bit of an inconvenience especially after driving 12hrs.”

“It is an older lodge, so, it is louder than normal. There are pet’s allowed and it was not made aware.”

“Room was clean and cozy. The whole hotel smelled great. Pool area was very clean, could use some resurfacing in the pool/ hot tub. Staff was so friendly and helpful. The maintenance guy was a hoot! Friendly and interesting to talk to. Great location near conveniences and restaurants. ”

“Hallways had broken tile, loose metal, grates, and mud in them. The breakfast service was terrible. Things were stale old. They didn’t replace the pancake batter daily on top of that Expedia charge me 50 more dollars a room than the average person. Was that staying there”

“Parking was secure. Staff was very efficient. Room had a kitchenette which was very convenient.”

“The main water line was shut off for repairs in the evening, but we were there for a medical procedure and were required to shower that evening. We were unable to d that until after 10pm and had to be back up at 4am to go to the hospital. The room phones did not work so we had to call the desk from our cell phones. Also, the bed has a metal frame and sounded like someone banging on a tin roof every time you turn over or get out of bed. No compensation was offered for the water inconvenience, or...
