La receptionist all’arrivo maleducata. Non ci ha dato due camere comunicanti come da nostra richiesta da mesi. Non ci ha proposto upgrade e per scusarsi dopo mie lamentele ci ha dato due vaucher da 29$, oltre ai due di diritto. Non mi è piaciuto il comportamento.
