“Very nice stay, good neighborhood, easy access to property. Excellent staff very helpful. Miss Maha and Mr. Ahmed always ready to help and assist. 24/7 front desk . Transportation you should be familiar with transportation apps to use it or you have a car.furniture is good condition and clean. Cleaning services could be requested through front desk. I reserved the 2 bedroom suite and it’s spacious and comfortable good for 3 to 4 or small family. Excellent stay and would repeat it again anytime. ”

“Viaggio di coppia per turismo al cairo: 50 minuti dal centro, davvero troppo scomodo e isolato. Il bagno (zona toilette) è diviso dalla stanza solo con una porta vetro che non raggiunge neppure il soffitto, perciò non isola minimamente odori o rumori , veramente inaccettabile per la privacy. Una delle piscine era inutilizzabile a causa dell’acqua putrida. ”

“Food is not recommended. Would eat outside. It’s tasty but it is getting delivered. Lots of noise in the hall one night until 4am. Hygiene could be better. On arrival spoiled food in the fridge Personel very friendly and helpful”

“All the staff were incredibly kind, making it a comfortable and worry-free stay even with children. The hot water pressure in the shower was excellent. The highlight of our stay was enjoying breakfast on the rooftop while gazing at the pyramids—it was absolutely fantastic. They also arranged transportation for us to travel from Giza to Alexandria, and their after-service support was exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel.”
