Case galleggianti a Dredgers Key

“Very old yacht. Vertical ladders to get onboard and steep stairs throughout. Had electrical/fuse issues so light switches didn’t work, had lamps to use. Very tight spaces - yes, even for a boat/yacht. Had trouble checking in because host had lost phone, was replaced by checkout time. Did have musty odor due to older vessel. Was a nice stay after the hiccups of checking in.”

“Boat was inoperable so the required charters (paid outside of VRBO, but listed as a requirement to rent) didn’t happen. Host booked us on a 3.5 hour public snorkel trip (vs 4 hr private charter booked) at a price of less than half of what we paid and did not book us on a 2 hour sunset cruise at all.Property did not match listing: the boat was docked at a different marina so lacked many of the listed resort amenities, one of 3 bathrooms was locked - the other 2 bathrooms shared a shower even...

“The host and place where amazing!”

“Check in process was very easy and host communication was very responsive.”

“We went to the location specified by the directions on this account and it took us to large marina with the amenities listed, but no boat. Called the host no answer. Called the Marina office, they told us the boat had been moved. Called the host's mother and she gave us a phone number of the boat prep/maid. She then directed us to the boat's current location in a totally different and less-desirable location. We were bait-and-switched. The location, amenities, boat staff, and condition of the...
