“There is no parking unless you walk to the far visitors parking lot,we stayed 2 days but had to make sure we moved the truck to a different parking space so we didn't get tickets or towed.we were unaware that our 2500 truck couldn't park in the parking garage it's to big.we will stay at a different hotel next time due to the parking issue, the hotel was very nice.”

“The property was historic and good location. Check in was terrible. I felt like was was inconveniencing them. There was a coffee thermos that was empty and a thermos of hot water so I asked if they had any water and was told there is water in your room I replied no I didn’t see any and was asked did you look in the bathroom!”

“Okay. So I booked this “pet friendly “ hotel from the reviews and reasonable pet fee. We booked 2 rooms 4 nights so a chunk of change. The pet relief area is over 400 steps away which isn’t convenient especially in the rain. Mind you there’s a smoking platform on every floor. Put a pet area there. Nobody cared about my opinion. Wasn’t refunded for broken washer and dryer. Combative employee said we have no control over the machines. Good answer. Now, the breakfast buffet and bar are good, but...
