“It was a great stay”

“This place was disgusting to stay at and the bathroom had black mold ”

“There were no blankets on the bed. Only a sheet and a thin spread on top. I asked at the front desk for one, she looked and came back and said there were none. I ended up going into my car and using my camping blanket. The towels were thin and scratchy, something I would use to wash my car. I don't expect luxury when I stay at a hotel, but this was way subpar.”

“My stay at Tru by Hilton was unfortunately disappointing overall. The biggest issue was cleanliness. The bathroom was clearly not cleaned thoroughly before my arrival — there was hair throughout the shower and corners, grime buildup, cobwebs, marks on the bathroom walls, and the toilet itself appeared visibly dirty and unsanitary. I ended up having to clean parts of the bathroom myself, which was very off-putting. The room itself was not terrible, and the hotel has a modern look, but the lack...
