Questa è la quinta volta all' Atlantis ed è sempre una garanzia... Ora con il vicino residence Royale l' offerta di servizi si amplia, dalla spiaggia al parco acquatico che si è ampliato ulteriormente. Sempre al top!

L’unica mancanza che posso rilevare è il fatto che dopo mezzanotte non vi è la possibilità di bere qualcosa,calcolando che vi sono più di venti proposte food e beverage all interno della struttura ritengo che almeno un bar dovrebbe essere aperto anche la sera tardi Per il resto tutto veramente di grande qualità!

Villaggio organizzato soprattutto per famiglie. Un po’ troppo affollato e non molto organizzato. Pulizia non adeguata in rapporto al prezzo della struttura. Servizi adeguati e attrazioni comode. Complessivamente discreto ma rapporto qualità prezzo non adeguato specie considerata la scelta in suite.

This is such wonderful hotel with amazing food, extremely friendly staff, very clean, quiet at night, fantastic cleaning of the rooms, soft sheets and towels, and above and beyond friendly staff! We stayed a whole week and cannot wait to go back!

インペリアルクラブラウンジ付きで宿泊しました。 クラブラウンジでは朝食やアフタヌーンティー、ハッピーアワーで利用しました。 朝食ではブュッフェ以外にもオーダー出来るメニューが非常に豊富です。 アフタヌーンティーではスコーンが非常に美味しかったです。 ハッピーアワーではアルコールが無料になり楽しみました。 上記時間以外も軽食やスナック、ドリンクは常時設置されています。 インペリアルクラブラウンジ付きのプランではアクアベンチャーも無料で利用出来ます。 体力的、スケジュール的に全てのプールアトラクションを周ることは出来ませんでした。 全て周るには最低2日は必要だと思います。 ラウンジはチェックアウト後も滞在出来ます。 またアクアベンチャーもチェックアウト後も利用出来るようです。 オーシャンビューの部屋をセンタクしましたが、素晴らしい眺めでした。 部屋の清掃やアメニティ補充は私が把握しているだけでも一日に3回はあります。  部屋のグレードにもよるかもしれませんが、麻製のトートバッグを無料で貰うことが出来るためプールへの持ち物を入れたり、お土産にすることも可能です。

A complete resort with everything you need! Best hotel rooms we've stayed with the best views. Only drawback is that you can't walk to other parts of the palm, and will need to take taxisnbut they are very affordable!

We opted for the half board option, breakfast and evening meal. The choice of the restaurants was amazing we particularly liked Saffron and Kaleidoscope As they were buffet type options with lots of choice for food styles. I can imagine if you had children it would be an ideal choice. We liked the fact you could walk out of the hotel, get on a hotel buggy that would take yo straight to the water park, no queues to get in and access to various different areas of the park. I did order a cake for my friends birthday via the concierge service but it was never delivered which was really disappointing but this was the only downside. Housekeeping was amazing and very tentative, they could not do enough for you. All in all a very special stay. For families who like waterparks it’s a must. Food choice fantastic Any other places you need to visit is always via taxi, but prices are relatively cheap (£15-20 to Dubai mall)

I’m an often traveler. I saw many places, but never one as clean as Dubai. Everything looks like just built up yesterday! Atlantis, the Palm is amazing. You can walk in white socks through all hotel and your socks will be still snow white! People are over nice! So respectful! I would put a 100 stars if I could! Food in restaurants is delicious and you can feel that it made with love! Beautiful safe peaceful place with a lot of fun for everyone! I very want to come back and will definitely recommend this place to all my friends and colleagues! Thanks and the best regards for people who serve us!

Atlantis was beautiful, extremely clean and the staff were excellent. They do like to upsell you on check in but I have noticed that everywhere in Dubai. I did upgrade to imperial with resort before arrival and was very glad I did. The imperial lounge was great.

To my recent stay at the Atlantis, the Imperial club and room was fantastic, highly recommend if you are traveling to Dubai, it would be absolutely worth to spend two nights with this masterpiece! Besides the hardware is marvelous, the service was spot on as well. Iresha with the Imperial club was the a STAR! we have a nice chat and warm welcome when checking in and she listen a lot when I'm complaining with the experience in NOBU. She was the major reason that I enjoy a lot with the stay. Unfortunately, if you are an Asian, please do NOT go to the NOBU, it will be an absolute disaster to visit, the food was bad and the service should be improved if you are consider to be a top restaurant and even you put review and feedback, till now I have not received any contact by the restaurant :(!
