Our records reflect your requested a room upon arrival at the hotel at 8:00 a.m., on the 28th of October 2022; may we bring to your attention our standard check-in time is 14:00 hours, the check-in time is clearly stated on our partner website and on our hotel website. As we could not assist at that early time due to high occupancy levels, you were offered a Suite at an additional cost, which following a physical visit, with our Front Office Supervisor Mr. Islam, you accepted, regrettably this option was for a smoking Suite.We would like to believe the above is an isolated incident and we will gladly show you our true hospitality should you afford us the opportunity to host you again in the near future.
