La stanza era moderna, pulta e confortevole, vista dal settimo piano top, alla reception ho trovato molta disponibilità e gentilezza. Pulizia della camera ottima. Zona comoda alla metro, e ai negozi di prima necessità come la farmacia. Navetta gratuita per la spiaggia incluso accesso al Riva beach club nella Palma.

Struttura moderna vicina Marina bay, camera spaziosa e pulita, colazione e cena di ottimo livello, personale cortese e professionale. Il parcheggio con servizio di valet parking molto utile. Splendido soggiorno se si ha un automezzo in quanto l’ubicazione dell’hotel, benché non lontano da Marina bay, non è molto agevole.

Team molto ben organizzato e disponibile in tutte le richieste a partire dall’accoglienza sia con il il direttore egiziano che con l’altro giovane direttore. Entrambi sempre attenti ad ogni mia esigenza. Il team colazioni sorridenti e attenti, con Yolanda e Jenelyn e tutto lo staff, sempre disponibili e professionali. Ottimo servizio navetta per la spiaggia privata e con i due drivers sempre gentilissimi, puntuali ed educati con gli ospiti e con me. Il security team con Shushif e gli altri perfetti e il servizio pulizia formato da ragazzi che oltre a svolgere bene il loro lavoro, sono stati sempre accoglienti, gentili e discreti. Un grazie a tutti dal profondo del mio cuore. Sono stata tre settimane e mi sono sentita come fossi in una grande famiglia. Grazie.

Staff Hotel accogliente e amichevole. Ogni necessità che ho avuto è stata risolta in brevissimo tempo. Pulizia sempre impeccabile. Deliziosa la colazione con le ragazze sempre gentili e ottimo il servizio navetta per la spiaggia con i drivers super educati. Direttore sempre attento nel suo lavoro. Grazie a tutti.

Ottima esperienza senza chiederlo ci hanno fatto un upgrade della stanza dandoci una suite che ci ha fatto molto piacere: stanza grande vista lago e colazione abbondante e ottima !!! Lo consiglio, se torno a Dubai sicuramente lo prenoto ancora

Accesso all’hotel venerdì sera molto critico e mal gestito. Dovrebbero separare l’accesso al loro ristorante dall’ingresso all’hotel. Impiegati più di 10 minuti in coda solo per accedere in auto alla porta dell’hotel Hall e servizi classificabili al massimo come 4 stelle. Pulizia appena acettabile Cena inclusa. Atteso il dessert per 45 minuti Si trova di meglio agli stessi prezzi

Deludente
Albergo non è un 5 stelle, ancora meno per gli standard a Dubai. Tutto sembra un po’ vecchio e trascurato. Balcone triste e spoglio, solo un tavolino e due sedie grigie come il pavimento e le mura. Cibo al ristorante ubk improponibile. Nessun servizio alla piscina che ha visto tempi migliori, neanche un asciugamano. Personale del Güstrow service molto disponibile e gentile. Spiaggia lontana. Shuttle e ingresso al Riva Beach a 25€. Non ci torno più.

Gli addobbi natalizi erano di buon gusto. Il servizio navetta per la spiaggia era puntuale e comodo. La distanza eccessiva dal mare che condizionava il risveglio di mattina ed il rientro di pomeriggio.

Struttura decentrata ma comoda se si vogliono utilizzare i mezzi pubblici, la metro è a 350 mestri. Colazione abbondante e per tutti i gusti, Dall'hotel si puo accedere ad un locale dove si puo mangiare o passare la serata con divertimento. Personale disponibile e un comodissimo servizio per raggiungere la spiaggia dell'hotel situata sul tronco della Palma.

L'hotel ha una buona cucina sia per la colazione che per la cena. Ogni sera ha un tema diverso ed è quindi molto varia. La camera era ampia e tranquilla come avevamo chiesto.

La cosa che mi è piaciuta di meno è la posizione. L'hotel affaccia sull'autostrada e su alcuni cantieri. E' vero che in pochi minuti a piedi si raggiunge la metro, ma in una città come dubai è davvero deprimente affacciarsi e vedere questo "panorama". Inoltre si dipende dalla metro (o dai taxi) per vedere qualsiasi cosa, è una zona che non offre nulla, se non qualche piccolo supermercato economico. L'hotel di per sé era ok, molto pulito, ma occhio alla colazione: se non l'avete prenotata insieme al soggiorno, vi proporranno di aggiungerla al check in. Pensateci bene prima di accettare perché costa 36 euro a notte (Sì avete capito bene), e per quanto sia varia, io mangiavo sempre le solite 2 cose. Davvero un furto!

Complessivamente un bell hotel , camere molto semplici da 4 stelle non da 5. A piedi lontano dalla metro e da jumeirah walk . Colazione in hotel ottima con cuochi eccezionali. Piscina sobria piccola ma tutto molto pulito.

Ottima la convenzione con il Riva Beach Club: bel punto mare e ombrellone, sdraio e asciugamano compresi. Cibo (colazione e cena) davvero orribile; un 5 stelle non può assolutamente proporre un livello così basso.

Lati Postivi Su tutti la Pulizia generale ma sopratutto la pulizia giornaliera della camera, attenta e precisa. Posizione particolarmente vicina alla Metro e al Passeggio di adunai Marina (JBR) La colazione varia e buona Lati Negativi Le foto pubblicate sono MOLTO INGANNEVOLI, sopratutto quelle che riguardano la piscina e la Spiaggia che si trova Molto distante dall’albergo Un intero lato della struttura tra cui la piscina affaccia su industrie, cantieri aperti. La piscina è sporca e MOLTO PICCOLA. I prezzi dei singoli prodotti dell’albergo, ad esempio Caffè al bar, MOLTO ALTI .
