Struttura strategica a due passi dalla metro e dal centro di Dubai e delle attrazioni piu' moderne (Dubai Mall e Burj Khalifa). Personale dell' hotel professionale,e disponibile alle richieste, colazione ottima per tutti i palati. Piscina con vista sui grattacieli. Lo consiglio.

Albergo 5 stelle molto accogliente e curato. Struttura moderna e confortevole a pochi passi dalla fermata della metropolitana Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall che funge anche da connessione diretta con il centro commerciale. Piscina curata esposta al sole sin dalla mattina. Ristorazione completa. La colazione offriva cibi per tutte le abitudini. Personale super disponibile. Unico neo: l’accesso alla metropolitana era l’unica via per andare verso il centro poiché volendo fare una passeggiata a piedi facendo un’altra strada, si rischia di fare un giro molto più lungo accanto ad una strada ad altissimo scorrimento.

The suite I stayed in with my family was spacious, clean and quiet with an excellent view of downtown Dubai. The breakfast and the iftar dinner at the restaurant is delicious. This hotel is one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. The service is outstanding. The rooftop pool is one of the nicest ones we have ever seen at a hotel. We hope to come back for a vacation again soon.

I was in the middle of renewing my Emirates ids and because of that i only had my driver's license available as my valid form of id (my company holds our passports until the ids are issued), so they wouldn't let me check in. It ruined my entire weekend that was planned in Dubai with friends that flew all the way from the States to visit. Very disappointed that no accommodation could be made with the hotel.

Très proche du métro ligne rouge station Burj Khalifa, possibilité d’aller à Dubaï mall et Burj Khalifa à pied et à l’aéroport en métro en moins de 40 mn. Chambre confortable, spacieuse, propre avec climatisation. Personnel souriant, accueillant et professionnel. Buffet petit-déjeuner très varié (salé et sucré) avec de nombreux choix. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.

Hotel location was great and walking distance to Dubai Mall. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Excellent breakfast buffet.👍 The room was fine but the 2 bed side tables are very small and only one side has outlet for charging phones. Also the room light switches are very confusing.

I had an amazing stay at Sofitel with my family. The staff were very helpful. There was a range of breakfast choices. We had a beautiful view of Burj Khalifa. The hotel is a 15 minute walk from Dubai Mall which is through the air conditioned metro link. I would highly recommend.

Although a nonsmoking hotel our room and the alternative room smelled heavily of cigarettes. The lobby was nice but the room was substandard

My wife and I recently returned from our vacation in Dubai. We had a wonderful stay at Sofitel Downtown Dubai. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. The entire reception team and breakfast staff were amazing. I would like to highlight a few people who made our stay pleasant. Nebil, Si Thu, Carlo, Vesta, Winnie, Joy, May and Mustafa. We specifically traveled to Dubai to celebrate the New Year, and we were delighted to learn about the hotel hosting a New Year’s Eve Gala. The event was magnificent, down to every detail! The entire staff worked diligently to put on such an amazing event! There was a world-class spread to satisfy everyone’s taste palate! We loved the entire event! Thank you for a wonderful stay and the unforgettable New Year’s celebration!

Surely not a two star hotel
The hotel needs renovation and to be more clean in common areas. The breakfast is terrible and is at the level of 2 star hotel. Finally the restaurants and bars are of a no star hotel
