Great location, 5 to 10 minutes stroll to the beach. Ten minutes in an Uber to the old town. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Very clean, nicely decorated, with very good staff service. Ana, the receptionist was very helpful and efficient.

It was very nice location! We could go to the sea on foot for a few minutes. The room was clean, but you can't see the sea from the room. The stuff also very friendly. The breakfast was tasty!

Perfekt läge precis vid restauranger och kort promenad till strand och klippor att bada vid. Väldigt bra frukost vilket jag verkligen rekommenderar eftersom det är dyrt att äta på andra ställen. Buss till Dubrovnik några minuter från hotellet.

Meidän huoneen parvekkeelta näkymä merelle ja uimarannalle. Siivous toimi hyvin, pyyhkeet vaihdettiin jopa joka päivä. Jos lomailemme kohteessa uudelleen, valitsemme saman hotellin.

Great location by the beach. Very clean. However worn out and poorly maintained amenities. For example, the bed mattresses in our room were damaged and uncomfortable. Very expensive for a 3 star hotel.

OUTSTANDING helpful hotel staff, great location
I had multiple stressful situations at Dubrovnik where I desperately needed help from the local people and the hotel staff jumped in any way they could, to help me out. My daughter somehow had a food poisoning episode where she was throwing up and had diarrhea. (1) The hotel staff called a local doctor at 10pm at night, (2) the hotel manager (the hotel owner’s son) personally volunteered to drive me to the only pharmacy that was open at the wee hours at night at the old town. If he were not there, there is no way I would have found the hole in the wall pharmacy that night, to get the medication that my daughter desperately needed, (3) the cook multiple times made white steamed rice (it is not in the menu, obviously) for my daughter’s diet, (4) they boiled water and iced it to room temperature as the doctor asked my daughter to drink only boiled water, (5) my return flight to US got canceled and I needed to rebook flight via a different airlines that necessitated me to stay back at the hotel 6 hours past the 11am checkout time – they let me extend my stay in my two rooms for free, for 6 hours. Any other hotel would have probably charged me fully or partially for this. Other than that, great convenient location at Lapad with local restaurants and stores, easy to go to old town via Bus #6 in 15 min, bus station is five minutes away, and the air-conditioning is great, and a good restaurant downstairs. Lapad is a great place to stay at a reasonable price

The rooms were small. No coffee machine in the room. Strict rules about eating or drinking in the room??!! They had a mini fridge in the room: for what?? Location is perfect. Staff is very helpful and good.

Good stay - lovely staff.
Good stay. The staff was really nice and the location of the hotel is great. Just note that it is on a pedestrian street so if you're coming by taxi, they'll drop you off in the parking lot across the street and you'll have to walk there. Though it isn't far. The room was basic but I was there for a solo trip and spent most of my time at the beach or the restaurants on the pedestrian street so it was exactly what I was looking for. Perfect value for the price to be honest.

Good and nicely situated
The hotel is good and the staff nice but there were a few small issues; most have been resolved. The fan in my room was very loud even on lowest setting so I could only sleep with open windows, which can be a problem because of the noise due to the touristic location. I was particularly worried with a DJ/club next to my room. Fortunately pretty much all stops at midnight and I had sound sleep every night. You have to read l request for the bed to be made daily which I thought daily house keeping meant. After I mentioned this issues they were quickly resolved (except the fan but this may require more work than a quick fix in that room and it may not be a general issue). I also wish that the DJ and bed making were told to me at check-in at least; a bit of communication then would have made a difference. The location is great otherwise with the sunset beach 15m away, many good restaurants (make reservations), bus stop to old town is close etc

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Promenade zum Strand, es wird auch Restaurantbetrieb angeboten. Reklamationswürdig, das Bad im Zimmer hat stark nach Schimmel gerochen, die Dusche benötigt dringend eine Grundreinigung.

Litet hotell med bra läge
Litet mellanklasshotell med mycket bra läge . Små rum men rent och fint. Städas när man ber om det pga covid. Frukosten var buffé, helt ok. Vi hade rum med begränsad havsutsikt och havet såg man om man stod upp. Liten balkong. Vi åt endast en gång i restaurangen och maten var ok inte mer. Dessutom kunde man inte få vanligt vatten utan var tvungen att köpa dyrt mineralvatten till skillnad mot de andra restauranger. Läget var det bästa med hotellet. Kort promenad till strand och klippor. Vi tog en Uber-taxi till och från hotellet vilket är mer prisvärt än vanlig taxi eller hotellets transport.

Bien tenu et staff impec - Petits détails limites
L’hôtel est bien tenu et le staff est vraiment très gentil c’est vrai et ça fait du bien. La chambre a été rénovée, pas la salle de bains qui est en effet fort petite mais pour une nuit ou deux c’est acceptable. Le balcon avec vue sur la mer, ça dépend sans doute des chambres mais en tout cas la nôtre au 2e étage ce n’était pas vraiment ça… Ils sont arrangeants pour le parking (ils ont quelques places dans un garage tout près) ce qui est appréciable. Il faut le réserver et c’est payant bien sûr. Le restaurant est pas mal du tout. On a trouvé les produits bons. Le poisson et la viande sont extras. On a par contre été déçus par un plat indiqué sur la carte qui ne correspondait pas à ce qui nous a été servi. On sent qu’ils récupèrent les produits des jours précédents pour accommoder les plats suivants ce qu’on a trouvé regrettable. On a 10% de réduction dans leur resto si on loge sur place mais à condition de payer en cash. Le breakfast est correct mais basique. On peut avoir une omelette mais il faut le savoir et le demander, ils ne le proposent pas. A noter que le quartier est très très touristique. En été ça donne le tournis tellement il y a du monde partout. Ceux qui préfèrent les endroits discrets et feutrés s’abstiendront. Ceux qui aiment les ambiances festives, les promenades avec bars et restos à gogo se régaleront. Enfin la plage est à 3 min. à pied à condition d’avoir du courage pour y aller. En été c’est tellement rempli de monde qu’on peut oublier le côté relax.

Nice stay.
Great location. Sunset Beach.Close to bus which is a ten minute trip to old town. My only beef was there was only one towel in the room.. when I asked for a second towel ., they made me return the first one first. Very odd . Great breakfast wonderful Fresh omelelette.
