“Only complaint was would have liked to lay in the sun but even though the pool was uncovered and running the pool was closed”

“The building and room were clean. A sign on the empty check-in desk said “Ring for service.” I tapped the bell one time. The check-in attendant came out to the desk after I rang. She was clearly interrupted from eating in the back and had a mouthful of food when she asked what I wanted. I told her I had a reservation. She then instructed me to move to the other side of the register (away from the bell) while she looked up my reservation. It took longer than it should have and she seemed...
