“There is no staff on location, so if anything goes wrong, you get a sorry via text. The main phone number is disconnected. You can't actually reply to the text that they send you the information from. Personally I'd give it a wide birth.”

“This is basic, but also the smell was disgusting. Every time I walked into my room there was a wall of wet carpet/wet dog smell. What was beyond frustrating was I had to compromise my privacy to get fresh air in there. That is to say, the windows were sealed shut, and the only way to get any air in was have my door open. “There are no staff. This is a self-serve property. It works quite well. But the walls are incredibly thin. A person talked - not shouting or fighting, just talking - for 3 hours non-stop in the room next to us (finally stopping at 2am) and I could hear every word. The person in the room on our other side thought it was us (so could hear it 2 rooms away!) and was kicking the walls until I shouted that it was another room. Onsite staff would be useful in a case like that.”

“This was a great little spot. We only had one night here before heading up to Brisbane but would happily have stayed longer. The rooms were good sizes, beds were comfortable, shower pressure was amazing. A short stroll up the road to some yummy eateries and a supermarket. There was a bit of noise- friday night so thats probably expected, but other than that I cant really fault it.”
