“The late check out from 11 to 1 pm was really helpful. We have been to this resort many times and it has been amazing. I must say having multiple life guards on duty and ALL of them took the job serious all 4 days we were there. Just very reassuring when you have young kids swimming that are on point. Very impressed with how friendly the life guards are and the way Westin hires such good staff. Bravo to all of them.”

“If you put a do not disturb sign on your door they will not come back to clean up your room even if you are out by 12 noon Then we had to throw our own garbage out If you need something from the village it is $15 a crack to park your car This called the Hilton Grand vacation !!!!”

“The place was not bad, check-in was easy. Wi fi was non existent. Couch and reclining chair are old and a bit dirty.”

“Great view and comfortable suite, though on the expensive side (understandable, given the season and time of the week). However, the AC in one of the bedrooms wasn’t working, and wifi sucked in the suite and non-existent in the bedrooms. Cell reception also wasn’t the greatest (in lieu of wifi, though that’s. It the property’s fault).”

“This place is good value for money. Loved having a kitchen and the TV/fireplace area is lovely. It could use some TLC (peeling paint, old grout, etc). It was cozy and warm, great location. The only downside was the mattress on the bed. It was very uncomfortable and we did not sleep well. I ended up sleeping on the sofabed on the third night, which was a bit better but also not great. Would definitely return if the mattress was upgraded.”

“The location of the property was great as well as the pool area. The condo was very nice. We had lots of space and everything that we needed. The surroundings are picturesque and the community is beautiful. The only negative thing was the renters next door. They were loud, disrespectful and inconsiderate. This put a damper on our weekend.”

“Just out side the back patio door there was a lot of bird poop. There was a nest in the corner. But it didn't look occupied anymore. Bird poop looks like it's been there for a while. The noise from upstairs was very loud during bedtime. Overall the inside of the house was very clean.”
