“The property was very nice, clean and it smelled clean (smells are a pet peeve). Only issue was that they say they will clean on the 3rd day, they didn’t. There was a misunderstanding (I believe). ”

“Overall I initially had a pretty good impression of the hotel and enjoyed the stay at first. However, around 1 AM, I found a cockroach in the kitchen eating my snacks, and then found more cockroaches near the bedroom door, in the bathroom, by the kitchen sink, and in the closet. Unfortunately this made me very uncomfortable and concerned about the cleanliness of the room. “Kind of a high end monastery in furnishings; hardly homey. Slipped in the shower twice in 2 days. Pool is a joke. Other than that if you can get a good rate from the hotel bargin brokers. it's OK.”

“Pool was broke the whole time we were there. The location was great and Rhonda at the front desk was extremely helpful.”

“We were very disappointed staying here after paying about $1500 for a week. Room service was terrible after repeatedly complaining they may just pick up the trash but room was not made up. Property was poorly maintained elevator not functioning for a day. Breakfast was ok but not much seating for the breakfast.”
