Hotel a Dunn

“I really enjoyed my stay. Bed was really comfortable, slept good.”

“The hotel was good and breakfast bar too… Only problem I had was being woken up at 9:40pm my last night there because the front desk lady needed to change the cable box.. Mind you my DND sign was on the door.. I had to be up by 4am the next day for work… I feel it was super unethical to wake up ppl to change a cable box for the Tv. I couldn’t go back to sleep afterwards..”

“Wifi is a hit or miss”

“Bed was comfortable, but rug worn and about a foot of the ceiling in the bathroom was peeling. Housekeeping could have done better cleaning the bathroom.”

“Room was clean and quiet even though it was dated. Lobby was very dated furniture. Check in was very lengthy, 15 minutes.”

“It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen did not have any glasses. The website says it serves breakfast in the morning, but there was no breakfast. There is nobody at the desk, you have to talk to a kiosk, but somebody did appear on the kiosk to let me know that there is no breakfast there, you have to go to the hotel next-door for breakfast. Went next-door and they had stopped serving breakfast. Had. I known breakfast next-door was in a certain timeframe I would’ve gone earlier....

“Booked it cause it said they had rooms available when getting there to try to check in the said they where having problems with drainage system when trying to get a refund they’ll reimburse the money but never did bad customer service and trashy place ”
