“Staff- sleeping during of operation. We have to ring numerous time all the while he is passed out at the back of high counter. Cleaning lady mention is he sleeping again. Id’s cards are handed already then why do you need to fill up the form again? Room- running water with sewage smell, faucet , tub . Wait for couple of minutes before the water can go down the drain....
