“Everything was clean and looked well maintained. The bathroom looked updated, the bed was comfortable. Only suggestion is to put a mirror in the main room outside of the bathroom.”

“A decent place to stay for the price. Convenient to dining options. The room was clean and well lit. Water pressure was fine. The mattresses were a bit soft for my liking. There was no hair dryer in the room. 😟 When staff cleans a room there should be a checklist of essentials they sign to indicate the room is ready. Having ear plugs supplied at the bedside should’ve been an early indicator of a noisy air conditioner. The staff is trying hard, but renovations are needed.”

“This was one of the few rooms left in town for Madison Regatta 2026. Pretty standard for a pet friendly hotel, we were traveling without our dog, definitely in need of a massive remodel. Front desk had a left over Covid glass in place, so communication required asking for repeats at loud volumes coupled with several middle eastern accents it was frustrating to try and communicate. Enclosed pool was not vented nor air conditioned, it was stifling to even walk in the door. Lots of trash in...

“I love hampton suites. Very roomy and well laid out. What I didn't like was the noise from the bathroom. Sounded like a water leak with a constant drip sound. I reported it and was told it was a fan making the noise. 2nd night we turned on the bathroom fan and shut the door. This worked pretty well. All in all nice stay minus the drip sound the first night. Very friendly pleasant hotel staff.”

“We had to change our room three times! Two of them smelled of smoke. One room didn't have the lights working. Internet was disconnecting so often and the breakfast was horrible! I am sorry to say that but if you travel with your family you can't accept so poor conditions... At the desk the young lady was anyway ok giving us the chance to change rooms but she seemed habit to do so...”

“AC was off in the entire hotel, was told to just wait until the room cooled down: we walked into the room at 88 degrees! Pool is not functioning with no warning on the site. TV was not working until we had someone come down, even then it was stuttering quite often. No cleaning supplies for shower. No coffee maker, even when listed on site. Holes and gunk all over the walls. Do not stay unless DESPERATE!!”

“Unable to get 2 extra towels...we were told that there was a towel shortage. At a hotel?, thats just ridiculous!”

“There was a noticeable odor throughout the facility. Staffing appeared to be minimal, and staff members were not usually present at the front desk, although they could occasionally be found elsewhere in the building. The property does not have an elevator, so if you require assistance with luggage or have mobility concerns, I would recommend requesting a room on the ground floor. The staircase was quite dirty and did not appear to be cleaned or vacuumed regularly. The pool area was also...
