Shame on you Expedia! You misrepresented the hotel! You charged $100+ for our stay with a five star rating!!! But when checking your site on Monday it reflected a 2 star rating for $32 a night!!!”

“The A/C was great, and the two queen beds were nice as well. Did not find any ice bucket to get ice with or any cups for coffee or water. Had to go to the office to get the cups, but nothing for ice. I also had a problem with the Kleenex as it smelled like it just came out of a smoking room...very strong tobacco smell. Other than that, the property was very secure. The attendant was sometimes difficult to find.”

“The room was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. It had a kitchen, but absolutely no kitchen items. Not even a coffee maker or cups for coffee (not even paper cups to use in the microwave for tea). I believe you can borrow a coffee maker but you need to bring your own cups and coffee. There is a Starbucks close by. We had 2 small bath towels and 2 wash cloths, no hand towels or bathmat. I'm not sure if these would be provided if we asked. Our room was on the 4th floor.
