“It was in a convenient location but it was noise due to a function in the same building. I am not sure if the bedsheets were washed. Their contact number from google was absolutely no help as all they are interested is making new booking and not for the current booking. I made multiple calls as I was running late for checking in but not a single operator assisted (either hung my call or left it on hold with no further response) Reception staff was good but their google contact number staff is...

“Clean Comfortable & Convenient We were in Surat on business and this was the most ideal location. Just 3 mins walk from train station. There is an excellent restaurant right next door as part of hotel and you can order food in the comfort of your room too. Staff is very helpful and polite. Our stay was most comfortable and we will certainly stay here again.”
