“The room smelled musty, there was dirt and grime on tables, the air did note work. Front desk came in and cleaned. The room was disgusting and was unable to change rooms, so we left”

“I told the front desk person it was a prepaid reservation but they charged me twice. Then they said they couldn’t credit the amount back because I had to wait till the next morning to discuss it with the volte manager, starting 7am. The next morning same story. The person in charge at the front desk said the Manager was not it that day and I had to give them a call to discuss my claim. Very very upset and disappointed ”

“Easy check-in our room was nice and clean. Staff was nice. Only thing was in our room the air conditioner was making a lot of noise. It may need to be replaced, but other than that enjoyed our stay.”

“Places, dirty rooms are horrible. Bed is completely uncomfortable. The service there was amazing. I will say that the lady counter in the evening shift was awesome. Checking in.However, on the other shift she was slower than anything had ever been with in my life”
