“Very poor service regarding the what we have paid. Breakfast was horrible and old. Pool is dirty and gym was disorderly and not clean. The room won’t be clean until you ask. Ironing my clothes was horrible as the iron was so dirty where I need to ask another one as it made my clothes dirty. In few words, one of the bad experiences I have had.”

“The hotel is in a good position from the airport and Indianapolis motor speedway. The room is clean and the service is great, but it's very noisy.”

“Loved the place! Staff is so nice. The property is new so everything was modern and clean. Full- sized fridge and microwave were handy. My only problem is I checked in on a Thursday but no housekeeping during my stay. I checked out on a Monday. I even called. Special shout-out to front desk staff, Walter and Kevin. They were so helpful and nice. ”

“One small bottle of lotion is not enough for 3 people. No blow dryer. Bag was there but nothing in it. My oversight there was no continental breakfast.”

“We had to have our sheets changed because they were dirty and the room itself you definitely keep your shoes on. I have to say though that the staff was so so friendly and accommodated the sheet change immediately. ”
