“Ordered the room through Expedia and unfortunately contacted personnel two times due to the fact of me ordering a room and it was for the next day and I was not going to be in that vicinity due to the fact of picking someone up that was stranded on a bus! I ordered the room and was told there was no occupancies available so therefore I was charged for a room that I never was able to attend to be there cuz I had to get back home and go to work in Clearwater Florida ”
