Hotel a Eagle Island

“Jessica was very helpful. This hotel was recently purchased by the current owners and they are working on improvements. I stayed one week, the room was very musty and the dresser and nightstands were not usable due to the smell of must. The hot water was plentiful and the ac worked well. Overall, I could tell they were working hard to make the place better.”

“The owner was wonderful, the room was beautiful and the bed was heavenly. Will definitely be back again.”

“Bathtub leaking really bad. The floor in the bathroom got flooded”

“The room and bathroom were not clean and dust was everywhere. My wife has allergies and couldn’t breathe. She went to the desk and they showed her another room which was very musky and was worse than the first room. We got our money back and left. Very few rooms were taken when we arrived and maybe that is why. Housekeeping needs to do a better job and maintenance needs to check for mold.”

“Room was nothing fancy, but very clean & suited my needs. I had a street facing room but not a busy area so it was quiet. I liked not having room service daily, anything I needed I could get from the front desk. Breakfast was continental, same thing daily. I chose this hotel based on its location for an event I was attending g & also based on the price. I was not disappointed”

“Sheets were dirty, someone else’s hair all over the bed, mixed in with crumbs. Tub had used que tips in it and the towels had what seemed like makeup smudges on them.”

“Bathroom was not clean. There was soap film on the faucet and soap dish. Shower floor did not appear clean. Fixtures were falling off the wall and built in areas were damaged.”

“The room was nice & clean. Our room was next to the elevator so it was quite loud. We also arrived around 10pm & we had to wait around 15 minutes for the front desk staff to come back.”

“Very clean and quiet room. After a long day of travel it was very comfortable. The bed was more firm than I prefer it but thats just my preference.”

“The room was dirty,they had no continental breakfast there was no pool none of the amenities. They said they had they did not. I was very dissatisfied.”

“Un Comfort Inn molto al di sotto della media. Bagno moto sporco, buchi nei muri, tutte le sere non c'era acqua calda, lo scarico della doccia non funzionava, lo sciacquone del bagno non funzionava, no è stata sostituita la carta igienica esaurita, la seconda notte non avevamo più bagnoschium,a nè sapone e neanche il tappeto della doccia. Sconsigliato anche se il personale alla reception è stato gentilissimo.”

“Overall, this was a wonderful area and very quiet for our 4th of July getaway. Our room was very lovely (the bed was super comfy) and the staff very friendly. Our shower was a bit of a mess at the build kept causing water to pool out due to it's lack of ability to drain correctly. Our balcony view was enjoyable and allowed us to keep watching the fireworks that were happening all the way down on St. Simons and Jekyll Island. Good sized gym and pool area and there were a handful of local eateries...

“Hotel convenient to our conference. Staff friendly and pool area very nice. Hotel needs updating. Tile in our bathroom in need of repair and water pressure in sink low. ”
