I want to give a special shout out to Lindsey. She’s a gem! We flew in from Chicago for one night to attend a young boy’s funeral so our trip was not for pleasure. “Crackheads all around the area . Junkies bbq at entrance . Very unsafe and dimly lit environment. Property wreaked of marijuana and bleach . This place needs to be CLOSED PERMANENTLY .”

“The staff is amazing. I want to say that first. They really try and help those who need it. However, I booked the hotel thinking it would be safe and comfortable . Wrong. There were people outside doors. This happens all through the night. I feel sorry for security because the type of guest that stay there is awful. I would not recommend.”

“Nothing fancy but a good hotel for a weekend. Clean pool, nice breakfast. Pets allowed but mostly quiet. Front desk staff helpful and polite. I would stay again.”

“Absolutely horrible stay! There is massive construction going on- there is no parking, no pool, dirt/trash blowing everywhere outside on the property AND- it’s loud with all the work going on. At one point, they turned the water off without notifying anyone. There’s construction tape up everywhere and parts of hotel roped off. And the pool being closed— not good at all. It smells awful when you walk into the lobby-Iike mold or something… Was very disappointed none of this was communicating...

“Room was clean, one of the queen beds sheets did have a stain along with one of the pillow cases. One pillow was well past it's life and probably was due to be replaced. Overall the room was very clean and the hotel had a great bistro with very friendly and helpful staff.”

“Much better place to stay then staying in Stark florida. Rooms were clean and breakfast was good and parking was good and the staff was friendly. Lots of restaurants in the area. Reasonable rate for our dogs also”

“July 3 - 5, 2026, During my stay, the indoor pool and hot tub was not open due to maintenance. Housekeeping did not have enough clean towels, we had to wait over a hour to get them. The Hotel was clean and the staff was nice.”

“Arrived with a U-Haul truck and found no on-premises parking available for this size vehicle. Parking was not pre-confirmed, but it would help to know only single vehicle spaces were available. We parked on street near hotel.”
