“I have about 10 hotel stays per year, and this was by far one of the best experiences I've had in recent years. The staff - every single person I talked with - was friendly, engaged and helpful. Rooms were nicely decorated, clean and quiet. Breakfast was good. This will definitely be my go-to next time I am in Huntsville. Thank you! ”

“The only entrance is guarded by a valet service, but the staff was great. We were put in an ADA room that was not cleaned and turned over until 4 PM. The room was clean but there was loud music coming from somewhere else in the building after 10 PM and the refrigerator was too small to hold a "to-go" box. For a room with 2 queen beds (sleeps 4) I found it odd that there was only 1 chair in the room. The location is perfect with a good number of shops and restaurants within a short walk as...

“Staff outstanding. Room clean very comfortable breakfast excellent. Only complaint was that we bought peanut butter crackers with other snacks at the front desk last night, $3.50 for 6 crackers and they were EXTREMELY stale. Could not eat them, threw them out. ”
