“DO NOT BOOK. Business hours listed online did not match those in person. The location is chronically understaffed — we waited hours for someone to even check the front desk. Calls to all three posted support phone numbers were unanswered. The lady who finally came tried to take pictures of our credit card instead of using the clearly functional card reader. This is the cheapest option for a reason, even then what they charge is too much for what they (don’t) provide. We had to book another hotel...

“The best thing about this property was the management, they went above and beyond to insure that we had a parking spot near our room, an extra chair and assistance with the air conditioner/heater. Beyond that we wouldn’t consider staying at this hotel again. “Only stayed here because nothing else was available for my daughter’s graduation week. Walking into the lobby it smelled like a nursing home and cleaner products. Only 1 elevator. Check-in took too long, but checkout was fast. They charged my card temporary $100 incidental fee for each of 2 rooms which hit my credit card as a charge. 2 bus days later it hasn’t been refunded yet.
