“Friendly staff, checked in at the bar and even though it was busy the bartender was so friendly and showed us straight to the room with no wait. Comfy and well decorated room. Breakfast was great (they can do vegan if you ask and had 0 fuss). ”

“We had a wonderful experience at The Mortimer’s Arms. If you are visiting Paultons Park/Peppa Pig World, the location is unbeatable (within walking distance). The hotel is exceptionally dog-friendly. They provided a water bowl, treats, and a toy for our dog, which was such a lovely gesture. The rooms are spacious and high-end; we easily fit a large dog crate in the room with plenty of floor space to spare. The complimentary breakfast was high quality and delicious. “Friendly staff, clean rooms, beautiful decor. Nothing was too much trouble! We had a last minute booking and we were welcomed with open arms by the staff. Lots of great advice about the surroundings… lovely breakfast. Large, comfy rooms, great shower, just all wonderful really.”

“Great welcome from the receptionist very helpful in knowledge of local area. Room was dated but clean and welcoming. Had to turn heating down as very warm in room. Barman friendly & service was good. ”

“Breakfast needs more choice especially the fruit, the pears were hard as rock, no bananas, no fruit salad. No beans for ages, they need to keep an eye on the hotplates. Invest in a coffee machine so there's a variety. Maybe also a bell at the downstairs bar. ”
