“This property was so dated. The sheets weren’t clean or if they were so many stains when you held them up. Very cheap sheets. Bathroom not clean. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. ”

“The staff are very friendly. The location of the hotel is right in the heart of downtown Sudbury with vehicle parking across the street. The hotel is quite dated and is in need of some upgrades. I personally did not feel very safe and would not recommend walking around at night as there are a lot of homelessness in this area. The breakfast was decent however there is no bathroom in the lobby/breakfast area and i was allowed to use the staff bathroom. Beds were soft, decor dated but clean. ...

“We ended up asking for a refund and going elsewhere. We booked a room here because it was close to the hospital, which is really the only positive for the hotel. It does have what seemed to be a decent restaurant attached as well. The first room we went to had a broken window that was not possible to close and since it was going below zero that night it made the room unusable. We asked for another room and were moved but the second room was horribly dirty with massive visible red stains on...
