“We had a great stay here. The property is newer, very clean, and well maintained, which made it feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The one-bedroom suite was perfect for traveling with a toddler since we had a separate bedroom and a well-equipped kitchen for preparing snacks and simple meals. “The day staff was helpful but the night staff was incompetent and indifferent. The area surrounding the hotel is run down and unsafe. We did not make it two blocks without being harassed. There is a vacant lot across the street with a broken down car in it. It is horribly overpriced for the room and location. We had an empty space where the fridge was meant to be and we wait three hours for them to bring one in.”

“Everything is just perfect. Nothing to complain except one thing which is the cleaning fees for two nights is overpriced and crazy. Also, the pots and pans need to change. That’s all. ”

“My biggest issue with the property was the non working elevator at building 2. I believe that the elevator has been out of commission for some time and there is no plan on fixing it.
