“Everything was clean and well maintained with a friendly staff; breakfast was not well stocked or had many choices. It was also a great location near the highway”

“The rooms keys weren’t working so the receptionist has to take every single guest to the room so we had to wait for them to come back to get checked it. We weren’t able to all leave the door if we would be locked out and had to ask the receptionist again to let us into our room. It seemed very inconvenient ”

“No hot water, no communication on Resolution. Place was not secure - construction had late night doors open. Made me feel unsafe as a single woman traveler.”

“The nearby restaurant was excellent. Not part of Hilton.”

“Rooms have truly terrible noise problems. Impossible to sleep. Had to change in the middle of the night first night. Second night wasn’t much better. Some amenities are ok but nothing special and the so called pool is kind of a joke. Restaurant is great but that’s sadly where the fun stops. We’d eat there any day but would never stay again.”

“My stay was fantastic my only gripe is they changed my room from two queen beds to a king because of air conditioning issues in the original room and my son had to sleep on the pullout couch which isn’t as comfortable and I was trying to get all the comfort possible out of my stay. But they did give a little discount which was better than nothing.”
