Hotel a East Pittsburgh

“Hotel was clean, staff was super friendly. They had complementary cookies at the front desk when I checked in (nice touch). The fitness center is rather small, but I was at least able to do a bit of elliptical and treadmill, and they had complementary bottled water and towels, and sanitizing wipes for the equipment. Breakfast had nice variety and was fresh. Even the coffee was good! I wish they had a 24-hour coffee bar like some other hotels, but at least there was a mini coffee maker in the...

“Very helpful staff/owners”

“I got in late. There was no issue checking in. The room was perfect. I slept hard and missed bfast. I will stay here again”

“All the suites face the highway. And the traffic was very audible all day/ night. If the room wasn't 250.00 dollars, I wouldn't complain.. But didn't get much sleep at all. If traffic noise doesn't effect you, it would have been great!! They werent able to accommodate me when I inquired twice”

“Our room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and we appreciated the round the clock coffee. Staff were friendly and accommodating and there was plenty of parking. ”

“The TV didn’t work all night, staff couldn’t fix it. She just blew us off and never came back. There were also a significant number of barking dogs down the hall from us that we then couldn’t tune out. Super obnoxious, the manager lady heard them when she came up but didn’t do anything. ”

“The location was great for our business. The rug was old and dirty. The furniture was old and outdated. The bathroom was also outdated, with rust around the mirrors. The bedding was not as clean and crisp as other hotels.”
