“The good: We were surprised by how quiet it was. There are bars, shops and the seafront very close by but as they are not right on that street, even on a summer Saturday evening it was peaceful. A fan was supplied which was much appreciated as it was an attic room with only a small window. There was a toilet just outside our room (shared bathroom). Check out was by 11am which is generous. We both feel lucky that we found this small gem near the beachfront. While the room is not the most spacious, it has a very nice, cosy king-size bed. “Good location nice and central. No WiFi at all in the property reported the issue and a matinee person said they fixed it but still did not work. A lot of flies in my room and it looked a bit run down.”

“Superb value for money, fabulous location as only a couple of stops on the train (3 min walk to station) and we were Brighton. Parked for free on links road. We had the en suite, which was a massive room & comfy bed. Only thing was bathroom blind needs replacing (for privacy) and shower thermostat wasn’t easy to change (went too hot) apart from that - brilliant base for exploring area/Brighton. We loved our stay thanks!”
