“Great location directly across the road from the beach and close to areas of interest (Seven Sisters, Lewes, Battle) We enjoyed our spacious clean room with high ceilings and doors opening to the balcony to let in the sea breeze / fresh air. Friendly staff. Pleasant stay!”

“Beautiful building. Needs updating. Room was big but the bathroom was not up to standard for a 5 star hotel eg water pressure was low, the shower units were dated, no separate shower. Perfect lication. Parking available on a first serve as basis unless you pay £25 for a guaranteed parking per night. Indoor pool was okay but the pressure in the jacuzzi was not strong. Only one steam room and no sauna. Breakfast time was bit hit and miss and had to wait anling time to receive our cooked breakfast....

“The hotel was stunning, with an antique elevator and wonderful staff who upgraded my room to a full sea view suite! the bed was so comfy and ginormous, and the bath was incredible. The whole place was super clean and modern. I will say, the room is showing signs of wear. Orange (tan?) stains on the marble, bubbling wallpaper under the mirror over the sink and marks on the paintwork, but none of this could take away from the immaculately clean room and gorgeous bed.”

“A fantastic B&B Guesthouse with excellent staff! Highlight of our trip to Eastbourne, staff gave good dining tips. Lovely breakfast the next morning. Self parking and good location for walking.”
